John Poe Architects designed this $37 million worship, performing arts, recreation and education facility on the site of an old estate in the middle of an industrial section of North Dayton.  Funding provided by the Joan B. Kroc Foundation allowed the Dayton Salvation Army to build and operate this multi-use recreation and community center with faith-based programming.  JPA assisted the Salvation Army with site evaluation and selection, programming, developing a preliminary estimate of probable construction cost, various campus concepts and complete design.
