JPA Collaborating with DDP on STrategic building reuse Project

In an effort to create a new vision for several targeted downtown buildings, the Downtown Dayton Partnership has invited participation from local architects to develop strategic reuse plans. Ten local firms will use their expertise and creativity to develop new uses for these buildings. The goal is to link them to potential developers who will reinvent more vibrant and productive spaces.

"We are really excited to see what kind of creative ideas our local architectural firms come up with for these targeted properties," said Bob Shiffler, chair of the Strategic Building Reuse Project. "The buildings that have been selected offer a lot of hidden potential and this project will help others see how they can be redeveloped."
